What's the difference between Free and Pro?
One thing: PDF exports. Free users get the full app — unlimited applications, CVs, covering letters, job tracker, AI writing, community. Pro unlocks downloading your CVs and covering letters as PDFs. That's it.
What does "unlimited" mean exactly?
Paid plans have no hard limits on applications, CVs, or covering letters for normal personal use. Our
Fair Use Policy applies — unlimited is for genuine job seekers, not automated or bulk use.
Can I cancel my Monthly subscription any time?
Yes, any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep full access until then. No cancellation fees.
Do the Pro, Annual, and Lifetime plans auto-renew?
No. Pro (3 months), Annual (12 months), and Lifetime are all one-time payments with no automatic renewal. When Pro or Annual expires you revert to the free tier. Lifetime never expires.
What does "Lifetime" actually mean?
Lifetime means you pay €175 once and have full unlimited access to Career Club for as long as the product exists — no further payments, no renewals, no expiry. It also includes all future features added to the platform.
How much do I save with Annual vs Monthly?
€75/year works out to €6.25/month — saving €45 compared to paying €10/month for 12 months (€120 total). The Annual plan is the best value if you expect to be searching for more than 3 months.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in your account on the free tier — your CVs, applications, and career profile are yours. We don't delete your content when you cancel a paid plan.
Are there VAT or taxes on top of the price?
Prices shown are in Euros. Where required by law, VAT will be applied at checkout based on your location. EU consumers will see VAT added at the applicable rate for their country.
Do you offer promo codes or discounts?
Yes — we occasionally issue promo codes. You can enter a code in Settings → Subscription inside the app. Follow us or sign up to be notified of promotions.
What's the refund policy?
EU and UK consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, subject to conditions for digital services already accessed. Outside of that, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. See our
